David A. Martindale, Ph.D., ABPP, is board certified in forensic psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology, limits his practice to forensic psychological consulting, and has offered his services to psychologists, attorneys, and state regulatory agencies in 34 states. David was the Reporter for the AFCC Model Standards of Practice for Child Custody Evaluation and served on the Task Force that developed the Guidelines for Parenting Plan Evaluations in Family Law Cases.

This two part presentation will focus on four evaluation problem areas.  Join Dr. Martindale on Tuesday to learn more about pre-evaluation procedures intended to avoid pre-evaluation biases and the creation of adequate records of forensic interviews.  Come back for part two on Wednesday where Dr. Martindale will discuss use of appropriate structured assessment and maximizing the usefulness of collateral source data.
