Benefits of AFCC Membership

There is no better way to keep pace with the rapidly changing environment for those who work with families in conflict than being an AFCC member. Access to the latest information, most knowledgeable resources and supportive colleagues, as well as many more AFCC member resources, save you valuable time and money.

Why Become a Colorado Chapter Member?

The Colorado Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts was founded in 2007, and is truly a statewide chapter, including Metro Denver, the Front Range and the Western Slope.

We value the array of dedicated professionals who have come together to advance a collective interdisciplinary approach to serve the needs of children and their families within the family law system.

Through respectful collaboration we will strive to empower families to resolve conflict and make decisions as co-parents about the future of their children, and we will strive to assist the courts throughout Colorado to better meet the needs of children and families involved in the judicial system.

We support and encourage research, innovation, education, and the identification of best practices to promote and achieve the best possible outcome within the justice system for children and their families.

By exchanging ideas and reviewing various methods and models currently in practice, we look forward to building a strong statewide chapter, while exploring, developing and integrating new approaches to our provision of collaborative services.
